Thanks for finding the calendar page for the smaller side of our duplex. You may scroll down and pick an open start date for your vacation and then select how many days to stay. From there it will give you a total and lead you to a secure booking page to enter a credit card in and book it yourself. It will send your request to book to me and I’ll approve the booking and run the card.

Cancellation Policy

1) Guests may cancel their reservation before 60 days for a full refund.

2) CANCELATION or EARLY DEPARTURE – There are NO REFUNDS for CANCELLATION OR EARLY DEPARTURES EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. If a Guest requests a cancellation 60 DAYS or less before check-in, Owner will make a “best effort” to re-rent the property. If the Owner is able to successfully re-rent the reserved period, the Owner will refund the total rental payment less a $100 servicing fee. Owner suggests a “Cancel for Any Reason” insurance policy through a third party. Guest ASSUMES THE RISK.

Deposit Policy

Half of the rental total is due at time of booking. The final half will be due 60 days before your trip.
